Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You may return products within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. If Return Seal is broken then returns will not be accepted in any condition.
- Condition: Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for a return.

Return Eligibility – Damaged Products Only
Returns will be accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and images as proof. Products without valid proof of damage will not be eligible for return or refund. - Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to camera lighting, photography, and screen display settings.
Such minor color differences will not be considered as defects and will not qualify for return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email care@sultantex.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return. You can also WhatsApp us on the WhatsApp link provided on the Contact Us Page.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support will provide instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).
3. Return Shipping
- Responsibility: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for packages lost in transit.
4. Inspection & Processing
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item for eligibility.
- Processing Time: Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund/Exchange: If eligible, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized Products: Custom-embroidered or altered items cannot be returned unless defective.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date.
