Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a video of Opening the parcel with photos of the defect. We will process a refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Any items tailored or altered specifically for you may not be eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased on final sale may not qualify for a refund, unless damaged or defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Initiation: Email care@sultantex.com with your order number and reason for refund. You can Connect on WhatsApp as well
  • Evaluation: Our team will verify the request. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted if the product is returned in used or damaged condition due to reasons not caused by Sultan Tex.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted with a new effective date.
